NDWFD Engine 141 arrived on location at 17:20 and confirmed a 2 vehicle collision with 4 patients. Chief 4 arrived at 17:21 and established the St. Jeromes command. Crews from Rescue Engine 42 and Engine 141 provided patient care and secured all vehicles involved. Two victims were transported to St. Mary's Hospital by Ambulance 496 for further observation.
