4-02 Box, 07:27 - Ridge VFD was dispatched to 19221 Three Notch Road for a reported motor vehicle accident with two vehicles and one victim trapped. Engine 141 arrived and advised that one subject was trapped and a total of three patients. Squad 4 arrived and assisted E-141 and Squad 3 with extrication of the victim. Extrication was complete at 07:44. Two patients were transported to St. Mary's Hospital and a third patient was air lifted by MSP Trooper 7 to a trauma center. Units cleared at 8:09.
