4-02 Box, 11:31 AM - Squad 4 was dispatched to the area of 18535 Three Notch Road for the reported motor vehicle accident with possible vehicle on is side. Squad 4 (Deputy Fire Chief Hawkins) arrived on location at 11:40 and reported a single vehicle off the roadway and assumed the command. Crews stabilized the vehicle and began patient assessment. After assessment by EMS, the single patient refused treatment on the scene. Crews cleaned up and went in service at 11:50.
