On Tuesday, June 18th, during the 132nd Annual Maryland State Firefighter's Association Convention in Ocean City, Ridge VFD and members were recognized with multiple State awards.

🏆 Fire Prevention Awards:
✔️ 1st Place - Class IV Year-Round Program
✔️ 1st Place - Class IV Single Program (Ridge VFD Chili Cookoff)
✔️ 2nd Place - Overall (tied with Bay District Volunteer Fire Department)
✔️ LAMSFA Silver Spring Trophy (Auxiliary member who does the most in fire prevention for their community) – Jessica Snyder
🏆 Smith N. Stathem, Jr., Past President, Memorial Safety Award – Francis Raley (Nominee)
