4-02 Box, 11:48 - Squad 4 and Engine 41 responded to the 19300 block of Three Notch Road in St. James for the reported motor vehicle accident with injuries. Squad 4 (Chief 4B) arrived on the scene and assumed the command. Two vehicles were involved with two patients injured. Crews from Squad 4 assisted with patient care and securing the vehicles. One patient was transported to Capital Regional Hospital by Lexington Park VRS and the other patient was evaluated by EMS at the scene and refused care. All units cleared at 12:43.
